NOTICE BOARD

Dr Will Evans

We are sorry to be losing Dr Will Evans who is heading off to take up a partnership in Otley. We wish him all the best for the future and big thanks for all his hard work whilst he has been with us. His last day with us is Friday 6th January.

Have a say in your practice..... Patient Reference Group

We are looking to establish a Patient Reference Group (PRG) which will comprise of patients and members of staff. This group will meet regularly to discuss areas of interest and ways to improve the practice.

If you are interested in being involved then please leave your details at reception or e-mail admin.yhc@nhs.net or speak to Malcolm MacDonald, Practice Manager, for more information.

We will be looking to hold the first meeting in early January 2012, at which we will agree areas of priority.

We will then survey a wider group of patients on their views and then meet again to discuss the findings and agree on any changes to services. An action plan will then be put in place for those services.

This is a great opportunity to have your say and influence the way we change in the future, if you think you can contribute then please let us know!!

Flu Vaccinations

We are starting our flu vaccination programme from Monday 3rd October so if you are over 65 or in one of the "at risk" groups then please contact us to arrange an appointment.
